Our Returns Policy

Croix, as well as third parties and distributors that sell our products, offer the return of most products within 30 days of receipt by the consumer. Most of the Croix products sold are subject to the general return policy, however some of them have certain peculiarities when returning them, such as auto electrical parts.

Right of withdrawal

You are guaranteed by law the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without indicating the reason, of most products for 30 calendar days from the day you received the product. To cancel a purchase during the 30-day cooling off period, visit our Online Returns Center or go to your local trusted dealer.

Croix return policies

Regardless of the right of withdrawal described above, Croix's return policy allows you to return the products in case you are not satisfied with your purchase up to 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.

The products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. Therefore, a new product must be returned new, unused, complete and in its original packaging.

The reason for the return of the product must be that it arrived damaged, was defective or was incorrect, we will not reimburse you for the shipping costs of any product that is not returned in its original condition; We will only refund the amount of the product and the shipment when it is defective. If you use a postage paid return label, we will deduct the shipping costs from the total amount of the refund.

Defective or damaged products

Defective product.-

If your product is defective, please first consult the vehicle documentation, owner's manuals, for example. Under the manufacturer's warranty, the manufacturer usually has the option of replacing the product with the same or similar. Croix will not carry out the replacement of any missing product part.

If you cannot solve the problem with the help of the product documentation, you can file a claim with filterscroix.com or crois.com.es, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the product, as described in continuation: 30 days from the date of receipt

You can return a defective product within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order through our online Returns Center or directly to your local distributor. There the different solutions to choose from are offered.

Our technical support team could help you resolve any issues with the product. If the item proves to be defective after Croix's 30-day return period, Croix will provide you with the replacement service for defective products, we will send you a replacement, and if the replacement is not available, we will refund the purchase price. Croix does not accept returns after 30 days for consumable products (eg batteries, fuses, bulbs, filters, relays.) Or if the defect is due to accidental damage, deliberate damage, caused by external factors or general wear and tear.

For products not eligible for return, our Support Center can only be used in a limited way for complaints made after 30 days from the date of receipt. Contact us so that we can help you exercise your warranty right.

Note: In order for Croix to send you a replacement for a damaged or defective product, you must first return the original product within 30 days from the date we confirm the replacement. If you do not return the original product to us within this 30-day period, Croix reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement product to the same payment method that you used to confirm the order.

Product damaged during shipping

If you receive a product damaged during shipment, please contact us for a replacement within 30 days from the date the order was received or contact your local dealer.

Note: For defective or damaged products purchased from third parties and shipped by the seller, please contact the local seller or distributor. Do not return such products directly to Croix.

How do we calculate the return shipping costs?

If you return a product to us due to an error on the part of Croix, we will bear the cost of the return as long as you have used a postage paid return label. If you want to return a product without any error on the part of Croix and you use a postage-paid return label, we will deduct the cost of the return from the total amount of the refund. For returns from Spain, the return shipping costs are € 2.99 (VAT included) if you take it to a Post Office or Celeritas. The expenses are € 5.50 (VAT included). For returns from Portugal, the return shipping costs are € 2.99 (VAT included) if you take it to a Celeritas office. For the rest of international returns, the costs are € 5.50 (VAT included). These shipping charges apply to returns only if you use a postage-paid return label.
